Hello, I'm Steph.
I am a certified Christian Coach; having also studied the Word through bible college. I love to offer a safe space for others to gain revelation, guidance and grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus. I believe God has led me to this forum in order to support and encourage other women to step out into the fullness of life that He offers. Whether it's to overcome a challenge, fear and anxiety, break past chains or discover your true identity and purpose, I am here to support you and partner with the Holy Spirit in order to get you to where you want to be.

Where empowerment begins
The Vision
True transformation comes from a willing heart, and as we commit to our journey with Jesus, we can start to see change. Quite often in life we don't have time or we are not getting the space we need to be challenged and grow. God promises to give us wisdom generously when we need it (James 1:5), but we have to seek Him in order to gain that understanding and direction. We may need help from others who can weigh up what we say against the Word and hold us accountable for our steps. My vision is to support you to reach your goals at the same time as helping you deepen your faith which will enrich every other part of your life!

Coaching Sessions
All coaching sessions are online via Google Meet. There is the option for 1-1 plans or group coaching and discipleship work. Sessions will be 60 minutes long. There are 4 different plans that provide a framework for us to work in, although each session will be tailored to your personal needs and be very much Holy Spirit led. Each plan starts with a minimum of 6 weekly/bi-weekly sessions in order to work through the course and allow the discoveries we make to have a positive impact in your life. Your coaching session will include prayer time, a focus on scripture, allowing personal discovery and some questions for reflection. There will be some small personal exercises to take away each week in order to develop healthy, spiritual habits and to anchor you in His truth, bringing freedom to every part of your life. The first session is booked and paid individually with the remaining sessions to be booked as a block booking, this is to ensure we are working well together.
